Phase 1:
Build the Foundation we start with team goal setting, daily habits, organization, team communication, and commitment — the pillars of consistent success. Athletes learn how to structure their routines, elevate team standards, and forging an unbreakable team contract that seals in their commitment to their team. All of this builds team trust, confidence, and performance.
Phase 2:
Strengthen Mindset & Mental Toughness This phase reinforces and deepens mindset, mental toughness, thoughts, and self-talk. Athletes learn how to handle adversity, reframe mistakes, stay disciplined under pressure, and respond instead of react. We turn mental toughness into a repeatable skill set that shows up when competition gets intense.
Phase 3:
Train the Mind for Competition Now we sharpen performance. This phase focuses on training focus, developing calm, and applying mindfulness strategies that improve composure under pressure. We also incorporate mental imagery, teaching athletes how to mentally rehearse success, prepare for game situations, and compete with clarity and confidence.
