Refund Policy

Our promise: if something doesn't work, or the material isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right — a replacement, a different sport edition, or a full refund.

Digital Products

Our Mental Performance Manuals, workbooks, and The Competitor's Reset are digital downloads. Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned the way a physical item can, we handle refunds directly and personally rather than through an automated return process.

We will refund you in full if:

  • Your download link doesn't work and we can't resolve it
  • You were charged more than once for the same item
  • You purchased the wrong sport edition (we'll usually just swap it for the right one — your choice)
  • You've read the material and genuinely feel it wasn't what was described

Email michael@carreracoaching.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

The 12-Week Academy

The Academy is application-based, and enrollment is confirmed only after review and after a parent or guardian has been informed. If an athlete decides within the first 14 days that it isn't the right fit, contact us and we'll refund the program in full.

After 14 days, because the curriculum and community are fully accessible from the start, refunds are handled case by case — but we'd genuinely rather solve the problem than keep money from a family who isn't getting value. Just reach out.

Team Programs

Team engagements are scheduled and invoiced individually. Cancellations more than 14 days before the first session are refunded in full. Inside 14 days we'll work with you to reschedule.

Shipping

None of our products are physical, so there is no shipping, no delivery wait, and no shipping cost. Everything arrives by email and download immediately after checkout.
