Team Program
I work directly with teams before their season begins to develop mental toughness, focus , and leadership. In three separate sessions, the aim is to improve performance, communication, and consistency on and off every arena.
The day-by-day break down is:
Day 1 - Foundation: building team identity, values, habits, and accountability.
Day 2 - Mindset: training/rewiring how athletes think, handle adversity, and control self-talk.
Day 3 - Performance: applying it all to competition—focus, composure, and confidence under pressure.
